Cancellations by Guest

• 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

Rescheduling by Guest

• Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before departure may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
• Requests made within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

• The Captain has sole discretion to cancel a charter due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues.
• Weather forecasts alone are not grounds for cancellation.
• If the Operator cancels, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the charter without refund.
